Hoardings have now been installed around the site with the 14 month build programme due to commence imminently. Ashall Projects gained planning consent for the 210,000 sq ft project in May 2017.

The mix of Grade A office accommodation and leisure use including bars and restaurants will rub shoulders with the Centre Square’s internationally renowned art gallery MIMA and new Holiday Inn Express.

Ashall Projects has worked closely with Middlesbrough Council to create a flagship scheme that will attract high end employers to around 210,000 sq ft of modern office space. The development will cater for up to 1,500 employees, generating an estimated £1 million in business rates per year.

Located within close proximity to the town centre and Middlesbrough train station, the development is set to attract national interest.

The offices will be delivered in phases, with full planning permission in place for the first stage, and outline permission secured for the second.
